THE EMPATH (SERIES II)

The Empath II extends from the original series 'The Empath' (2016 - 2017 London/Sydney), shifting focus from emotional recognition to embodiment. Rooted in expressive figure drawing, these works privilege gesture, rhythm, emotion and immediacy over strict anatomy. Curves, distortions, and flowing lines trace the body as a vessel of feeling, where hidden emotion can be subtly carried carried in the weight, posture, and movement of form. Here, the empath becomes both witness and participant: embodying the complexity, fragility, and nuanced veil of inner human emotional landscape.
